RSIR Celebrates 10 Years

Realogics Sotheby's International Realty had a fantastic time gathering together in celebration of the company's 10th anniversary.

Despite being the youngest and most boutique firm, reflecting on our progress we see that we've been able to become a leader in luxury, volleying for the highest average sales prices representing buyers, sellers and production levels per agent. Grossing more than $1.65 billion in sales in 2019, the firm currently represents more than $432 million in active listings, dominating its peer group in total inventory per broker and representing the highest average listing prices at more than $2 million. And this impressive statistic doesn’t represent all of the firm’s business—when the new development inventory is considered, both on the market and in the pipeline, it adds more than $1.5 billion in additional listing activity.
