The First Post

Welcome to the DomusNW blog. This will be about all things real estate in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Also included will be commentary on design, construction, food, wine and the occasional humorous (at least to me) musing.

My name is Toby Lumpkin. I spent 18 years as a project manager construction industry where I was lucky enough to work on stunningly beautiful homes and with some of the regions most talented architects. Since 2010 I have been a licensed real estate broker with Gerrard, Beattie and Knapp.
